How can I sync my iMac to my Galaxy S phone?

Hi, I used to have an iphone 4, which was synced to my imac. I now use a Samsung Galaxy S, and connot work out how to get my phone numbers stored on my iMac to my phone. Samsung has yet to put out software for the Apple platform. Any suggestions? :(
