iPhone How can i transfer an active data stream from mobile data to 3g without disconnection

I am trying a battery saver cydia tweak akauto3g
Which turns on/off 3g and or mobile data now this is set up to turn Off the 3g when the device goes into standby and leave the mobile data on until woken up
The problem is with my VoIP app disconnecting when the 3g is turned on and I answer a call
The data stream won’t transfer to the 3g without disconnection
There has to be a way to make this work
