iPhone How can I update to 7.0.6 without going to 7.1?

I have a Sprint iPhone 5 running IOS 6.1.4 and I need to update it to 7.0.6 for use with R-SIM9 card. Is it possible? :confused:

No. Apple has closed the verification of the firmware of iOS 7.0.6. You can only get to iOS 7.1.
