How can someone access my phone remotely?

Hey guys, Looking for some help. I'm not sure if this is the right place.

I have a Family friend that is having some really strange things Happening. To put it straight shes being Stalked.

It started with Messages From a Facebook account, It was Like someone was listing to her from her phone.
They would be sitting at a dining table have a conversation and a facebook message would pop up asking about what they were talking about.
Then she would get messages about Photos in her phone.
We changed every password we could think of.
Then she went out and got a new phone with a new provider but kept her number.

Now on the new IPhone Not connected to icloud, they are changing The name of her contacts, Setting up alarms , Texting her contacts from her Phone/ Number. Its been going on since september and the police have essentially said they are not equiped to handle it and cant help.


Can anyone suggest how this is a thing? Cheers.

Ohhh I get that buddy what's happening .....
if after changing her phone she is still facing the same problem then it's high time you contact some ethical hacker to solve this problem..... maybe it's not the iPhone but your carrier number which is been taped.

Could it be that she is being targeted by the Pegasus spyware?

Ill look into it.. but we set up a completely fresh phone with no apps and they were screwing around with her within hours. she would have had to click in a infected i message again to have it install.

I think u need to consider deleting anything Facebook related Maybe don’t give FB your phone number but a throw away number. Definitely do not use the same phone number. Get another line for now. And see what you can learn.

Sounds like it’s her Apple account which has been compromised Did she change the password for her AppleID?
