How can you edit photo's in your photo album

I've uploaded photos from my personal photo album on my computer and there are some photos i dont want on my IphoneS. Is it possible to delete them form the Iphone or will I have to manually go into my computer and rearrange everything from there and then resync it agian?

You will need to remove any pics from the folder in which was selected in itunes for your photos on your phone. in short: yes you need to go into your computer and do so.
