It's good you feel my pain man, I thought that in an ipad style way, we'd have the cases good and ready to go very soon, and I dont mean generic bags or sleeves, but ipad type cases to go around the mba and have it open and close with the case, and like I said all I see is some less than attractive (to put it mildly) case from pd air.
I have my mba naked, and I 'd hate to either go with those plastic-y wraps or the pd air one, I bought a cheap but practical and not too bad looking corduroy sleeve from ebay and that's where I am at.
Awaiting for SOMEONE to come up with a decent leather always on case, ipad style. The air is thin enough as is, so a case like this would be perfect since it wouldn't add too much bulk (as opposed to a mb or mbp that are bulky and a case does add even more bulk), it would be practical since everyday use wouldn't dent it or mar it in any way, and of course you could drop it in a bag at any time no problemo. And of course it will have to be pretty because we are talking about a really good looking device here that deserves equally good looking protection.
And it's been what 3+ months and nothing is on the horizon. You 'd think with the volumes these babies are selling everyone would by now have had some option for them, oh well.
