It doesn't always do this but when I make a new page in safari and return to the one I was just looking at the page refreshes. I went in the safari settings and didn't find anything to fix it. Is this a glitch or something?

I have the same thing. It wants to keep the page updated. I don't think this is a problem though. It happened in all other OS' too.

yea it used to happen in previous firmwares as well, but in 3.0 it does it less...Sometimes I exit to home screen and if I go back into safari the page is still there most of the time (80%)

This drives me crazy too. Especially when I take directions or something to read in the subway, where there is no service, and the page can't reload. I've also noticed it seems to happen less in 3.0, but I wish it didn't happen at all. Never happens on Blackberry.
