How did I create this?

Hi,

Like 3 years ago I was probably bored and tired to be creative. ( which ended up with bad results )

Anyway I believe I had GIMP that time. And created this image as a background.

Today I was thinking about that image but couldnt remember how I had created such an effect.

Can anyone help me?

Looks kind of like an Illustrator Spiral. I don't know GIMP.

Yes,

Sth like that. I was able to adjust its length , density etc.

I'm getting crazy since I can not find the tool which helped me to this.

Go to this link and click on the tutorial. The next page (tutorial) is not in English, but the bottom of the page has a link to the GIMP plug-in you need. It looks like a Windows .exe, but I didn't look around for a Mac.

Ahhh.... another Gimp user!

Here's how you did it:
1)Select gradient
2)In gradient, select Gradient>Neon Green
3)in Shape, select Spiral(CW)/Spiral(CCW)

then drag a small gradient in and bob's your uncle!
