What are some good resources for learning HTML, CSS, etc. I've been searching around del.icio.us, and found a few good ones for self-teaching. Anyone have some favorites?

It's about as easy as becoming a painter. Anyone can throw paint on a canvas, but a fraction can paint a beautiful image. Web design is easy theoretically, but it takes years and years of practice to do well. Just because you know how to use photoshop and dreamweaver doesn't make you a good web designer. I wouldn't say web design is the easiest thing in the world.
