How did Zagg make impressions for measurements if they didn't have an iPhone 4?

theres been reports of the front screen protector not having the front camera hole

Even on the ZAGG website you can see there is no front camera hole. I have still yet to get mines [ordered the 11th]

I think they're available on developer.apple.com for companies that want to make cases.

Spare parts were leaked and have been available for awhile. They probably used those.

There is no separate whole for the front camera but the earpiece hole is larger and appears to be slightly off center so it will accommodate it.
