As a developer, I don't wanna break software when Apple decide it, so I wanna delay Monterey until others suffer his bugs for a while :)

But, the software updating pester all the time in preferences (that little red thing that bugs me like you can't imagine. Total despise for all notifications!). In the old times, you could

Bash:
softwareupdate --ignore "macOS Monterrey"

but today this handy command is not available anymore. What to do?
