how do delete this (app delete)

Look in your Library folder's subfolders. (Top level Library, not user Library.)
Contextual Menu Items is a good bet.

There's a certain irony about an app that removes other apps having an uninstaller that still leaves components behind..!!

If you follow the directions I posted to completely remove the app, it will also remove the menu item.

Open Finder then in the Go menu select Go to Folder and paste in the line below then enter. That will get you to the folder Benwiggy mentioned and you should see the offending file there. Just delete it.
