I have recently bought a 21.5 inch imac! I want want to know how to hook my bluray player up to it and use my imac as a display! I want to get the best possible resolution when watching movies or what not! Is there a website to view videos or movies in full 1080p?? Please any advice will help! Im a mac rookie!!

Unlike the 27" iMac, the 21" does not have any native video input. You could always get an elgato TV tuner to pick up OTA HD signals and watch TV on your imac. Apple's movie trailers site also has everything in HD, but other than that, there isn't much HD movies just online to watch for free.

thanx for the advice!! I have a usb hookup on the front of my blu ray, so can i use it that way?

Take a look at the manual of the BR drive. I doubt it though, usually the USB is for connecting USB devices such as cameras or hard drives
