Had iPads for years. Currently have a pro but o don’t scratch the surface of what I can do on it.

Anyway, I need to design something. Nothing to fancy.
Basically I want to make a menu for a party

And to do this I want to copy pictures and entries from over menus and then paste them into the DIY effort.

If was on a PC I’d likely use windows snipping tool and then paste the snipped selections into PowerPoint and then export that as a pdf

How would I do it, simply, on an iPad ?

I have an iPad, a keyboard and the Apple Pencil and don’t mind spending a few quid on apps if needed

Any help appreciated

You should be able to do that on Pages (normally pre-installed on the iPad, free download on App Store).

I use Power Button + Home/Volume Up Button to take screenshots. I believe you can also swipe from the bottom corner to take screenshots with the Pencil.

Since you already mentioned Powerpoint, why not take a closer look at Keynote ?
(yet another pre-installed app from Apple)

Pages is indeed excellent — I have designed professional multi page menus and full page ads right in Pages. Granted, this was on the Mac, so the workflow is a little different, but you could also connect a Bluetooth trackpad and keyboard to your iPad if needed.
