How do I access all my files in iCloud Drive from my iPhone?

How do I acces third party files in iCloud Drive from my iPhone? I have some pdf files that I saved in iCloud Drive but I can't figure out how to access them from my iPhone without going thru safari in icloud.com. Didn't Apple create an iCloud Drive app?!?

You can try using the workflow app. You can create an action to access your icloud drive folder and select a file.

Otherwise, an app like documents or pdf expert works too.
