I have downloaded 5-7 calendar apps. Anything from iPhone's Calendar, Google Calendar, Any.do, Fantastic etc...

They are all unusable to me cause notifications are just a single vibration on my iPhone followed by a push notification bar. I always miss things, so when I REALLY can't afford to forget something, I will use Alarmy to set an alarm clock for a meeting. But it's so cumbersome to manually do that, and then remember to delete the alarm from repeating next week on the same time...

Is it possible to make it so notifications on iPhone calendar use a loud ringtone so I would stop forgetting stuff?

Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Calendar?

Tons of sounds, including option to load your own. And if scroll to the top, can define a custom vibration.

And can get same plus other options that might be turned off, Settings > Notifications > Calendar. Among the things you can do is change the banner to persistent, or have Notifications on the lock screen.

It's all enabled. Google Calendar and Alarmy (and all calendar apps) all have the same notification permissions and settings but they still never use a ringtone.
