How do I back up prior to Re-jailbreaking

I have a 3g Jailbroken with custom firmware 2.0.1, I just downloaded Pwnage 2.0.3.1 and want to up grade/rejailbreak to 2.0.2 firmware. Questions

1. Should I do this (what does 2.0.2 fix)
2. I do not want to loose all of the jailbroken apps/settings etc (I have a lot), how do I back up my jailbroken phone and restore all apps it after it is re-jailbroken? can this be done?

(step by step please) I am a total noob
3. anyone have a link to a apple's 2.0.2 firmware?

you talking about quickpwn for mac? well on the developers site they said hopefully a week from two days ago. so hopefully soon.

yeah i would. if it is only a week it isn't worth losing all your applications and such.
