iPod how do I change album artwork (tried all the tricks)

I have a .avi movie that I used movie2iTunes to import and I can't change the artwork. It is instead showing a screenshot from the movie which isn't showing up in the item info artwork pane. When I add artwork to that tab it doesn't show up.

Anything else I can do? Where is the album artwork stored?
