How do I Change My Black background Back to White?

While fumbling with my iPhone SE last night I somehow changed the normal white screen background to black. No clue about changing back to white, so I need help. What did I change, how can I undo it...?

You probably ended up either inverting colors or flipping the display to high contrast.

Both of those are located where you would find Assistive options in the Settings app.

I'm not on iOS 11 so I couldn't tell you where to find it inside.
