I'm trying to change the permissions for some applications from Apple but it won't let me. I tried disabling SIP and trying to do it via terminal, but neither works. I'm on an admin account too (I own this computer).

The main reason why I want to do it is because I want to change the icons on some of the native Apple applications, however, users are only given read permissions for most of them, which is an issue because I need read and write permissions.
