Ho-Kay
1) You know this is a Mac forum, right? ;)
2) This would be the 2,234th post entitled "Need Help" - you'll get better results if you title your post something relevant to the question.
3) Captialization, punctuation and spelling all contribute to the readabity of the post (and responsiveness of your fellow members)

Edit: Preferences: Advanced: General: Itunes Folder Music Location: Change:

-- Edit-- Adding "with this ****!" wasn't really what I had in mind about the title, mate....

please, please! refrain from the "2"'s and the "plz"'s. I think people would be able to read and answer your post better then.

So you moved your iTune's music to another drive, is that correct? I'm guessing iTunes is referencing the old (now empty) location for your music, yes? If so...

1.) Open iTunes.
2.) Go to Preferences.
3.) Go to Advanced.
4.) Go to 'iTunes music folder location' and change it to the 'd' drive (location where you moved your music to).

The above is based off my Mac settings but I'm sure the PC version isn't terribly different (you can sort of get the idea behind the instruction).

Hopefully that will fix your problem / answer your question.

For future reference, the EASIEST way to move your music library in iTunes is to do this:

1) Back up your iTunes Library and iTunes Library.xml files, just in case
2) Set your iTunes Music directory to be the folder you want to put your music in (on the new drive, other partition, whatever)
3) Make sure "keep folder organized" and "copy music to folder" are checked
4) Choose Advanced > Consolidate Library
5) Make a sandwich, read a book, do some yoga
6) Yay, your music has been moved, and you've lost no metadata!

*sigh* ... I fixed it myself (and moved it into the right forum for that matter)

Perhaps we need to cut this guy some slack, but then again the first place I would try would be apple's support site.

We might also want to club together this Christmas and buy them a dictionary and book on correct grammar.:)
