I've heard/read there's a way to have the system check it or download some way to check it or something like that. Anyone know? I can't see anything obvious but just in case...

Why would you need a program to show you what you would already be able to easily see?

Because I've heard that it's possible to have them and not see it and if it can be covered by apple then I'd want to know (e.g. if it can get worse - what do I know?)

If you don't notice them now, don't worry too much about it.

People complain that once they find the dead/stuck pixels they notice them all the time.

If you don't see any, don't worry about it.
