While using Skype and certain apps I noticed while typing that I am faced with some word suggestions. Using the IPP 10.5 with the last iPADOs released (14.X).

But I was unable to find the option to not only erase all previously recorded words, also to disable this feature. Where is it?

If you search "reset keyboard dictionary" in your settings, that will allow you to clear your current keyboard history. As far as disabling this feature in the future, I'm not sure there's a way to go about that unfortunately.

Under Settings->General->Keyboard there’s a number of settings to turn off for autocorrect, predictive, etc. Give those a try

That was it. I would never have figured out unless I had tried this setting before, since it says dictionary and not "reset all text you have typed with your keyboard". I noticed even passwords were being displayed in Skype/other apps.

Once again Apple fails to put a relevant feature in its right place and allow us to turn that off completely. I don't think it can be disabled, only cleared. At least I haven't found that out yet.
