My late 2013 macbook pro screen has become rather dirty as you can tell from the pictures. My screen cleaner is unable to clean it off.

If any of you guys have a suggestion of how to clean it properly it will be most welcome!

Thank you very much!

That isn't "dirt".
You have "StainGate".
If you don't know what that is, you'd better start reading up on it.

Yours is too old for Apple's free replacement program.
You have two possible choices:
1. Pay to have the display replaced (about $500)
or
2. Remove the sprayed-on antiglare coating completely. There are youtube videos that show how to do this. Once all the antiglare is scrubbed off, the screen will be "clean", but "glossy".

If it was me, I'd go for option #2.
If I didn't like the results, I'd start shopping for a new MacBook.

Thank you very much for your answers!

I guess i'll just leave it be. It's pretty much only noticeable when the screen is off, but at least I know the reason for this now.

I'll shop for that new MacBook once I know if Apple will make their own processors in the coming year.

Good afternoon.
Can you tell me how to remove this coating?
listerine, isopropyl alcohol and napkins almost did not remove the coating

"Can you tell me how to remove this coating?"

I've never needed to do that.
There are YouTube videos that show what to do.
Best to look there.
