When I secondary click the Xcode icon in my dock on OS X 10.7, it shows two projects that were deleted a long time ago. How do I clear this menu?

For clearing projects in xcode

this is 2 step process...
1.Open Xcode.
2.Leave the splash screen up and choose "File", "Open Recent Projects", "Clear Menu" . This will remove all from the list and let you start over.
