How do I completely uninstall something...

I recently downloaded iStat menus from this site. I didn't like it, so I dragged the icon to the Trash and emptied it. But come to find that it's still running in the background:

What do I do to get rid of this process completely? There's no record of it in Applications, or when I try to search it on Finder...

Uninstalling iStat Menus #
To uninstall iStat Menus, please choose iStat Menus › Uninstall from the menubar, then click Uninstall. This works, even if your trial period is over.

If you have already manually deleted iStat Menus, then please download it again and run the uninstaller.
