How do I delete AlohaSafe Alert App from iPhone?

I just returned from a Trip to Maui and Maui requires all visitors to install the AlohaSafe Alert App. I am trying to uninstall it, tried holding the app screen and it allows me to remove the app from the screen but it remains in the library. I tried checking storage and enabled remove unused apps but still can't figure out how to completely delete the app.

I have an 11 Pro Max 14.7.1 and may update to 14.8 and see if that makes a difference.

Add it to a home screen, do the same "hold down and click the X" thing, and then make sure you read the prompt for then step that says "delete app" and not "remove from home screen"

Thanks, I had tried all that but your link did include "If you can't delete an app that's not made by Apple, disable parental controls, then try deleting the app again." That did the trick. Thanks.
