How do I delete my Podcasts?

I downloaded Podcasts off my iPhone 3G with the new update and I synced it to my iTunes but I cannot figure out how to delete them because they will not show up in iTunes.

Swipe the podcast episode...
From left to right, then you will see the delete button...


just as you do with email...
