How can I complete erase Leopard and install Snow Leopard, didn't gave me any choice while installing Snow Leopard.

If your machine is operating correctly there is no reason to do a clean install, in the 5+ years I've had my iMac I upgraded from Tiger to Leopard to Snow Leopard to Lion and now ML all over one another. The result is this is the most stable computer I've ever owned. If your system is healthy to begin with updates and upgrades will go very smootly.
