How do I do this effect in InDesign?

I need to some graffiti type art coming in from the bottom right of an a4 landscape page in a report I'm doing, but I'm unsure how to do this?

ANyone have any quick tips or can direct in to a tutorial of some sort?

I would be floored if that was done natively in InDesign. The images have to be generated in Photoshop and imported: either a single, flattened image (including background), or two images (background + graffiti) so they can be placed separately in ID.

I thought it would have been created in photoshop or illustrator ... Guess I'll go off and try and create something in photoshop and then import it into my ID document ...
