iPod How do I downgrade from 9.1.1 back to 9.1?

I upgraded without reading that it may affect the spirit jailbreak. How do I downgrade?

Downgrade from 9.1.1 to 9.1

To downgrade, just download version 9.1 from this link
http://hackstor.blogspot.com/2010/02/itunes.html
and then delete version 9.1.1 from ur computer, then download the older version
