How do i downgrade from ios 11 beta 2 to ios 11 beta 1?

My iphone is currently stuck and i cannot go back to ios 10.32. Therfore i must go to beta 1 beforehand. I have the beta 1 ipsw downloaded but do not know where to go from there. Can someone help me out?

----Instructions----

Step 1) Download the iOS 11 beta 1 IPSW, as well as the iOS 10.3.X IPSW for your phone.
Step 2) Launch iTunes.
Step 3) Plug your phone into your computer.
Step 4) On the top left, you should see an iPhone icon, click on it.
Step 5) Windows method: Hold shift and select restore iPhone. Mac method: Hold command and select restore iPhone
Step 6) Select the iOS 11 beta 1 IPSW download, and start the restore process.

You're done.
