How do I download Customize 2.0 to my iphone?

I know nothing about how to do this. Does my iPhone have to be plugged into my iPhone? The instruction sites i have been to do not explain it in a way that I inderstand.

well if you haven't already, you need to jailbreak your phone using one of a number of programs (Ziphone, iLiberty, Pwnage). Then install it using the "Installer" program.
