How do I edit the info for an App?

I have an app that's named wrong, and I wanted to change the info to have the correct name.

I had a similar issue after upgrading to 3.0.1 or whatever it was and a few of the icons were incorrect or were linking to different apps. I just deleted them and reinstalled. I haven't found any way to actually edit an App. You can view info, but nothing lets you change anything.
