How do I enable Spotlight suggestions?

In Spotlight, I'm not getting any of the fancy smart results we're supposed to get. No Wikipedia, no news, no movies, no maps, etc. I'm not getting any "Bing Web Searches", despite that option being checked.

I'm in the US, if that makes a difference.

I'm having the same issue. I've made sure my language is set as English and that my country is the US.

Spotlight processes are crashing. Check if you have red (hung) Spotlight related processes in Activity Monitor.

It's bugged basically
