How do I find the iPhone back up from today? gives me other dates but not today

I backed up the 3GS & then restore it, Im sending it back to O2. Im going back to using the original iPhone, it was in my husbands name so I changed it & restored it, I want to back it up from the back up I did on my 3G. There are several back ups in the list, with both my name & my husbands, my back up from today isnt there but there are a couple of options with my name only but no date.
Is there somewhere i can find it to back it up?

I'm not sure you can go backwards, like that. Has anyone else tried it?

Never mind, i found it eventually, although it wasnt dated until i clicked to go in it!
