hello
these are the fisherman™ rules of post macisms
what OS are we using?
what Mac do we have?
and when did this occur?
are these core files, not removable?

first fix is restart ones Mac, yours.
then try to empty garbage
if that does not work,
recover these files by right clicking or cmdA after selected.
maybe you need these files as what ever OS you have won't part ways.

also
what display are we using?

others will respond soon enough.

don't trust appcleaner, or other 3rd party apps since  does that automatically.

it is good software or should i use another one ?
I use Cleaner One Pro as when you trash and delete what ever it is, program etc, it will deep clean to make sure it's completely gone from your system.

Your app looks like it does the same thing which is good.

Not sure what you're trying to remove but what you're trying to won't as the corresponding program is still installed. At least that's what it looks like to me.

OP:
Bogdan "pointed the way" in reply 5 above.

What you need to do before you use AppCleaner (which is a GREAT little piece of software):
1. Open system settings
2. In the search box at the top, enter "full disk access" and hit return
3. You should see something like "allow applications to access all user files". Click on that
4. To the right you should now see the apps to which you have granted "full disk access".
5. Down at the bottom, there's a "+" sign. Click on it.
6. If you are prompted to enter your password, do so.
7. Now you need to navigate to your applications folder, and then click on AppCleaner.
8. AppCleaner should then be added to the list of apps that have full disk access.

Got it?
Let us know how you make out.
