Mobileme is run out for the public. I have an existing dotmac account and am told to do nothing or use both dotmac and me.com.

I get connected. Then I receive emails from all accounts dotmac and me.com but I find I cannot send.

I attempt to reset things and I must have fat fingered a password change. Now for days I am unable to access my dotmac account, my itunes and anything Apple.

I finally deciphered the Apple pages that circle back to themselves and I reach a form to contact Apple.
\

I leave a contact phone number and an email (other than a dotmac.me.com one) asking Apple to contact me as I am LOCKED OUT.

I get NO response.

I have browsed these forums and others for years and never thought I'd need help so badly.

Why is Apple treating me like a nonentity?

.

You're joking right? They have had a busy weekend/week and released a product that doesn't work. Thousands (10s or 100s of thousands?) of people are complaining to them. They aren't going to get back to you for quite sometime. Your best bet it to try to talk with someone directly on the phone by calling them, or by using their chat support system.

Moose, I don't think you grasp yet what I'm talking about. I have an existing account that I cannot access at all. I am not talking about trouble with mobleme working. I am talking about them having my money, and me not having a product.

I spoke with Apple people on the phone and they cannot access the dotmac.mobileme product. The chat support system?

how do I find that? I am lsot on their pages. I select a link that says )contact us) and get back to a page I was previously on.

Apple is not taking support calls for MobileMe right now. You can only get support for MobileMe on this page:

http://www.apple.com/support/mobileme/ww/

and the email link on this page is close to useless. Look on the bright side, the service can only get better from now on.
Thanks.

I can't believe this. I am in the process of looking for an apartment in another state for a move I am making in a month. All my contacts are in my .mac email account which I cannot access because Apple's dotmac team will not get back to me with a simple reset of my password.
