Interesting

I deleted stuff from the cloud that I currently wasn't listening to to keep the Match limit under 25K .

Now that's it's increased is there a way to get the songs back up? They currently have the cloud with the X in it to signify it's removal from the cloud/match/library.

I deleted them on another computer . When you do that it asks if you want to delete the iCloud version . You say yes and it's gone on that computer but so long as you have the file on another computer you still have it and it shows up as having been removed with the x in cloud icon.

Hm, ok. Maybe try this: Make backup copies of the songs (just drag them from iTunes to some other folder) on the computer that has the local copies, then delete them from iTunes, then drag the backups back into iTunes. It should now add them the same as new music files.

Actually I found all you do is click the x-cloud and a pop-up widow asks if you want to add it back to the cloud.
I tried to do a smart playlist to get them all into one place for multiple upload but the Smart Playlist>Cloud Status> doesn't have "removed" as an option.
It wouldn't matter if I could
I just discovered Selecting several tracks and clicking one x-cloud doesn't select all the tracks for upload
