How do I get notes to sync

I wouldn't bother, but the settings for syncing notes can be fond in Mail preferences and when hooking your phone up to iTunes in your iPhone's preferences. Notes do not sync wirelessly, only when you physically hook your phone up to iTunes. A very poor execution of notes sync indeed.
Maybe iPhone 4.0? we can only hope...

that explains it then. I noticed that it did sometimes but not others. I never connected (excuse) the pun the concept that it had to be physically synced.
You are correct, it would be nice if it were wireless.
