I tried cydelete, but it says that it was not installed by cydia, so it cannot be removed.
 
Go into settings then cydelete and turn Non-cydia deletion on now you can delete freeze in the normal way

I was having this exact problem so to the OP thanks for asking and making it easy for me to find. So I didn't have to post it again. And thank you for the clear answer been looking all over here and google even youtube.
