i am following the instructions on the sticky thread of how to jailbreak using pwnage for Mac, but it doesn't show anywhere to get rid of the pineapple logo. Sorry if this was already mentioned, but i looked and can't find it. I would like to keep the apple logo. Thanks.

How do i get rid of the pineapple logo?

Do it all over again, but this time use Expert mode and deselect the pineapple (and Russian Steve) logos.
