I'd like to import my electronic health record into HealthKit, but my primary care provider's office will only release my record in PDF form. HealthKit requires an HL7 Clinical Document Architecture file. I've searched online for ways to have this conversion done, and even called my local FedEx & Staples stores, but was unable to get any help.

Are there any apps that will import my PDF record into HealthKit, as a health record? If not, are there any HIPAA-compliant third-party services that will create the file I need?

Interesting question. I haven't thought of uploading my info to Health Kit. I was just saving PDF's of my stuff.

I could possibly convert my PDF to a CSV and use an app like Health Data Importer, but it doesn't look like I can import all my medical data (e.g measurements from my last X-ray)
