How do I link my Spectrum email to Apple Mail?

The title is my problem. I can get my email by logging on to Spectrum's email server; but I can no longer get my email by logging on to Apple Mail. I recently changed my Spectrum email p'word, but can't see any way to reflect that in Apple Mail.

Help, please.

Check the menu Mail>Accounts... and then select the Spectrum account to get access to the account password.

No joy, I get this error msg when I enter the only p'word I know the only one I have to access my Spectrum server account.

Problem solved: I changed my Spectrum email server password yet again, deleted the p'words in Mail's incoming and outgoing server p'word blanks, inserted the new Spectrum p'word in each blank, restarted MBP and the emails came rolling in!

I would suggest removing this attachment since it has your email address.

I've done that and it still doesn't work. What are your other settings?
