How do I make LockInfo Icons bigger?

In a recent TUAW article, an image (below) showed what I believe to be LockInfo with much bigger icons for SMS, Calandar, etc.

How do you get this effect? Is it just a rendering and a theme does not allow for this?

Thats a different program, I think. I dont think you can enlarge the lockinfo icons. There may be a config file buried away, but im not entirely sure.
