iPhone How do I manually place this Dock on my iPhone via SSH?

So I have the dock/file downloaded it is: SBDockBG@2x~iphone.png

Can somebody please tell me how to set it up in a folder of its own in Winterboard? I have a theme and want to just place this dock overriding the theme and don't want to mess with the theme itself.

Any help would be appreciated.
