iPod How do I "marquee" long song titles in the iPod?

My iPod used to "marquee" long titles. Now I just see: "A more complete. . ." Instead of "A more complete understanding of the iPod" How do I get the other information to appear in my iPod?

What kind of iPod? iPod Software Version?

Does it just darken too quick before the scrolling happens because they all seem to do that.
