I've got lots of screenshots I've taken (thanks Photoswap app!) and they don't show up in iPhoto for me to transfer onto my Mac. They do show up in Preview, but the option for me to highlight them is not available. It's like they don't exist. Any help?

You don't need an app to take screenshots on your iPhone or iPod Touch.
Just hold the Home button and then tap the button on top of your device.

Your screen will flash and then the screenshot is saved in your camera roll.
Then it will just sync back to your Mac / PC like any picture or photograph.

I know how to take the screenshots, but I am not able to sync them back to my Mac/PC because they're not showing up. They are in my Camera Roll though.

Sync your iPhone and open iPhoto - your iPhone should appear there as a camera.
Just drag 'n drop from there.
