Only using the keyboard and how do I wake it?

Press the option command and eject keys all at the same time. Press any key to wake it.

Option-Command-Eject = Put the computer to sleep

Mac OS X keyboard shortcuts

Wake it by pressing a key on the keyboard or clicking the mouse.
