You can send your feed back to Apple about OS X and your problems here. I don't think that log information about Kernel Panics are automaticly sent to the Mother Ship. As it may not be related to the OS (i.e. memory, driver conflict, etc...)- at least from Apple's perspective.
Try this site or searching for the cause of the panic on this site.
Yes, well that's what I tried, but it seems that when OS X crashes and you click "Report," and you're not connected to the internet, then it doesn't send anything. I realize that 10.4.6 was released today and it might fix whatever happened (it looks like a modem problem actually), but just wanted to send this in to make sure. I know about reporting feedback; I've done it many times actually, but I just wondered if application crashes/KPs were reported anywhere else.
